Due to the weather, play was possible at just three matches. Heyside remain top of the league table following a win in their top of the table clash with second placed Uppermill. Professional Roelof Hugo, scored 77not out and Stephen Firth 38 for the league leaders whilst Gary Crossley 47 and Matt Taylor was the best of their opponents offering.

Austerlands who are tying with Bamford Fieldhouse in third place, had an easy victory at Greenfield with their star overseas amateur, Perudu Seneviratne, scoring his first century of the season and the day’s only one. Bamford Fieldhouse however, have a match in hand.

Lee Warburton took 5 for 67 for Moorside against Friarmere who nevertheless scored 160 for 4 in a reduced-over match. Moorside passed their total with the loss of three wickets, K. Khan scoring 76 and Peter Broadhurst 40 not out
